  4. Talk to every candidate discreetly. Interview a short list. Get to know them. Understand synergy, need and human factors.
  5. Present the client with a targetted short-list, or often, exactly the candiate they dreamed of but thought they might not find.
  6. Help iron out any details. Mostly, things work out. If the first options are not quite right, listen more, and work harder.
  7. Above all, don’t waste peoples time. Help professionals build businesses, improve lives, and deliver maximum impact.
